Travel Interest Survey

Travel planning shouldn't be a source of stress in your life. If you're struggling to figure out the logistics of how to organize your trip, this is the step for you. With your help, I will develop an itinerary of where to go and for how long, map out the sequence of your stops so it flows most naturally, and give you recommendations on modes of transportation as well as advice for each of your destinations. (Various levels of travel service available.)

How it works:

1. After filling out the travel interest survey, we will agree on 3 consultation appointments to discuss details.

2.  We will have an ongoing email conversation discussing options and ideas back and forth which will include the details of where you want to go, how long you'll spend in each place, what you want to do, how you want to travel, and how much you want to spend. 

3. I will create 2-3 draft itineraries for you to review. We will narrow down all of our options until you are satisfied with one final itinerary. This will be sent to you as a pdf file.

4. You will make your own arrangements.

From $20 - $35 per trip day (2-6 people)

$35 - $50 per trip day (7-12 people)

Does the thought of planning an entire vacation for your family bring an immediate sheen of sweat to your forehead? Do you dream of going on adventures with your kids or loved ones but just don't have the time to plan out all of the details? That is where my travel customization services come in. 

How it works:

1. After the initial travel interest survey and email discussion (as listed above), we will arrange at least 4 sessions to discuss your trip in detail. I want to get to know you and your travel style so I can personalize your trip to your exact specifications. 

2.  Once we have your itinerary set, we will start to fill in the blanks - everything that needs to be planned in advance. We also want to leave open time for you to relax or follow your own instincts while on your vacation. You always make the final decisions regarding your all details, I will just help guide you and narrow down the options.

3. I will offer advice on outdoor activities that fit your skill and level, recommendations for restaurants within your price range, suggestions for off the beaten path destinations, scenic drive suggestions, must see sites, etc. 

4. In addition to booking all arrangements, I will also provide a detailed itinerary with links to all locations and activities. This will also include all supporting documents such as tickets, vouchers, and passes of all sorts. If you prefer these items physically rather than electronically, please expect them at least two weeks prior to your departure.

5. Support during your trip. If anything comes up, give me a call and I will do my best to help you.

From $50 - $70 per trip day (2-6 people) 

$75 - $100 per trip day (7-12 people)

 3. This service includes the booking of any and all supplemental aspects of your trip that you want me to. This includes tours, add-ons at your hotel, transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and even specialty experiences like behind the scenes tours, sporting event tickets, guided hikes, cooking classes, or whatever your heart desires.  

$15 per trip day (2 - 6 people)

$25 per trip day (7 - 12 people)
